3DRap Elastomers Configurator

Elastomer Selection
3DRap has developed a configurator to customize your elastomers setup.
It is designed to help all the drivers, from the beginner to the advanced, to find the perfect elastomers feeling for all the pedals.
The feeling of the elastomers is shown in real-time by the interface according to the needs of each driver.
It is possible to configure elastomers for any pedalboard on the market, here are some models: Logitech, Thrustmaster T-LCM, T3PM, RaceLine III, Fanatec ClubSport V2 - V3, CSL Elite V1 - V2, CSL LC, Moza SR-P, CRP, Cammus LC100, Heusinkveld Sprint, Ultimate, Simagic, DC Simracing, DC2, SimJack, SimSonn, Simubox, Ruito, Simucube, SRP.

Step 1
Custom adapter
3DRap introduces the Modular Elastomers. They are featured by the rubber and te adapters. The adapters are designed to easily fit elastomers onto your pedal spindle. They feature three holes - 6mm, 8mm, 10mm - allowing you to match the adapter to the diameter of your pedal axle. The adapters are plug'n play and can be quickly inserted and removed on both the sides of the elastomer for a secure and customized fit.
Tips: you can purchase some spare adapters to fit your elastomers on pedals with different sizes of the spindle.
Note: 2 adapters needed for each elastomer.

Step 2
Custom spacer
The spacers are 5mm thick rings used to adjust the working range of the elastomers based on your needs. You can stack multiple spacers to achieve the desired thickness. Depending on the selected diameter - 6mm, 8mm, 10mm - you will receive the spacers that match your setup perfectly.
Tips: it is suggested the use of the spacers in this cases:
- If you don't have a flat surface to push the elastomer on;
- To achieve the minimum length to compress the elastomers when the pedal is released stacking multiple spacers;
- Use stacked spacer in place of one elastomer to reduce the pedal travel.

Step 3
Choose the type
Choose your favourite type of elastomer design: the Linear and the Progressive. This setting affects the shape of the elastomer to modify the elastomer behavior under compressive load. The Linear type provides smooth and consistent brake force modulation throughout the pedal travel. It is suggested regarding the GT3 cars to improve the trail braking. The Progressive type increases resistance as te elastomer compresses improving the feeling of the brake bite. It is perfect for formula cars.
Tips: You can combine both types of elastomers to combine their feeling.

Step 4
Choose the stiffness
The stiffness is available in three levels: Soft, Medium, and Hard, allowing full customization of the elastomer’s resistance. The stiffness is affected by the infill of the elastomer.
Tips: you can mix elastomers that are featured by different stiffness to fine-tune both trail braking and bite feeling according to your needs.

Step 5
About the size
You can consider the dimensions of the elastomer to ensure the proper compatibility with your setup. Check the space you have available to mount the elastomers on your setup.
- Elastomer :25 mm diameter, 24 mm height;
- Spacer: 25 mm diameter, 5 mm height.
Standalone selector
You can manually select individual components or add extra parts using the dedicated selection menu.
