Is it possible to return a product?

You can return the items you ordered from 3DRap Sim Store within 14 days of receiving them. All returns will be inspected upon receipt.

Send us an email, the Customer Support team will assist you in returning the item once a return request is received. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Is it possible to change the payment method (PayPal / Bank Transfer / Credit Card) after placing the order?

No, it’s not possible. You will need to place a new order and the previous one will be canceled.

Can I buy the 3d models of your products to print them at my house?

No, we cannot supply the models.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Contact us via email.

I received a wrong product.

Send us a photo of the product and the order number and we will solve the problem.

Is it possible to add a product to the cart after I have completed the order?

You must contact us via chat, email or ticket by giving us the order number and indicating us:

– which product to add

– payment method (PayPal / Bank transfer)

The selected product will be included in the package only if it has
not yet been shipped. Otherwise a new shipping label will be created.

What is the strength / durability of the products?

All our products are laboratory tested to last as long as possible.
Correct assembly is important for the durability of the product.

How much does delivery cost?
